Improvement for Daily Activity Rewards

* This improved new reward system should empower new players / non donators to have atleast 1 EUS per day and some perks not having to compete with already high ranking SDS players or other high competitors in game as long as you are doing a lot of activities in game.

* We are reminding you that Personal Boss Drop is Fixed, It will drop same resources as World Boss Drop.

Update Includes:

We are increasing points value of the activity tasks so it will not be very hard to reach 100 points and not be forced to spend bound dias too if you dont have it.

* From 15 points each activity task - Increased to 20 Points
* Charge Skill of BK Cooldown Decreased from 4.8 to 2.3 Seconds - This should give fair edge with bk having to deal with other classes which are long range with teleport.
