Player level will go back to level 1 after using rebirth
Players who use rebirth gets 200 stats Bonus
Player can only rebirth 3 times

Base Exp General 0 Rebirth = 50x Exp
Rebirth players gets -10 exp for every rebirth
1st Rebirth 40x Exp 2nd Rebirth 30x Exp 3rd Rebirth 20x Exp
Items re-price on Mall Shop
Hunt Box Chances on All Rare Items & Pets Increased by 20%
